The façade, clad in smooth white plaster, offers a continuous and homogeneous surface that reflects sunlight, keeping the interior fresh and bright. The large, strategically placed windows maximise the entry of natural light and are framed with light wooden shutters that add a warm, traditional touch. Flat ceilings and simple geometric shapes create a modern and harmonious silhouette, accentuating the understated elegance of the villa.
Inside, the open and airy spaces promote a fluid layout and visual connection between the different areas. Polished concrete or micro-cement floors, together with whitewashed walls, create a fresh and luminous ambience. The ceilings, with white painted wooden beams, add a subtle rustic touch. The furniture, with straight lines and neutral colours, uses materials such as light wood and linen, providing comfort and functionality without overloading the spaces.
